Richmond Area Business Association

Melaney is the daughter of Blake and Macreta MacKay of Richmond.  She plans to attend Mount Allison in Canada and study fine arts. Melaney has a strong interest in digital photography. She works at Bridge St. Cafe.

Owen is the son of Alan Campbell and Heidi Racht of Huntington.  He is attending the  University of Vermont next fall to study biology and pre-vet.  Owen is an active boy scout  and helped out on his family's organic farm.

RABA's scholarship committee was impressed with the high quality of the applications this year.  The winning students showed great leadership and community spirit in their applications.  Both spoke of coming back to their communities and starting a business.
