Dear Sir or Madam,

The Richmond Area Youth Little League is preparing for the 2006 spring season. We are asking area businesses to become team sponsors again this year.

RYALL consists of Instructional, Softball, Little Leagues, and Babe Ruth for the kids in our community.  The ages of players are six years to thirteen years.  Last year over 300 children participated.  The coaches, assistant coaches and other league members are all volunteers who donate countless hours for the kids of our community.

As a sponsor of a team your company name will be printed on the back of the team shirts that players will receive.  At the end of the season, you will receive a plaque with a team photo.  You will be listed in the Richmond Times, Ink in our "appreciation to our sponsors” at the end of the season.  When the shirts are ordered, you will be notified of the team you will be sponsoring.  The $200 cost is tax deductible.  We will provide you with a letter for your tax records.

This year we are also offering three, $500 “All-Star” sponsorships for our three All-Star teams (Major & AAA league boys and girls Softball).  

In addition to team sponsorship a “Hall of Fame” sponsorship will put your company’s name and business logo on a banner to be hung at games on field fences during the 2005 season.  The cost for “Hall of Fame” sign sponsorship is $175 for first time sponsors and $125 if your business is a returning “Hall of Fame” sign sponsor from 2004. 

The Richmond Area Youth Little League is also looking to upgrade the Brown Court softball field (replacement of the backstop and dugouts is needed).  If you have an interest in donating services or financial backing for this effort please contact league president Stephen Znamierowski directly at 434-3698 (eves) or 922-1672 during business hours.

Also, RYALL now has a web-site – www.eteamz.com/RYALL.  We are offering our sponsors the opportunity to list their business name, logo, and contact information online with RYALL.  For an additional $25 fee, our webmaster will work with you to customize your business information.

The Richmond Area Youth Little League is a wonderful program!  I hope that you will commit to being part of it.  Our absolute deadline for sponsorships and checks is April 8 to allow time for printing of shirts and hats.
