Mount Mansfield Community Television is a non-profit public access station cable casting on Comcast Cable Channel 15 to over 2,100 households in Richmond, Jericho, Underhill, & a small part of Essex, from our studio on Route 2 in Jonesville.

MMCTV is on 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We air educational programming, government programs, hearings and local meetings, many public and community based programs as well as state and local political campaign coverage – and whatever other programming community members can come up with. Most of these programs are produced here or by other PEG access channels in Vermont.

PEG access means Public, Educational, Government access

In 2006 MMCTV also aired about 700 community event notices on our community bulletin board. The bulletin board is on every day at 5p.m. and many other times throughout the day and night.

Announcements can be sent by fax (434-2549) or e-mail ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and they will be on TV within a day or two of receipt, so please continue to take advantage of this service.

MMCTV has Mini-DV Video and VHS Cameras, a digital editing system, VHS duplication station, a video graphics generator for creating titles and bulletin board announcements and a studio for use in broadcasting live programs and/or recording onto videotape.

There is no charge to use the cameras and equipment at the station- we even provide a brief training to explain how it all works. If you have an idea for a show or an opinion to share it's easy to get it on the air.

Contact Channel Manager Oak LoGalbo  for more information on how to get involved at MMCTV.
