| Revitalizing the “Bender Block” |
 Have you ever walked down Bridge Street, passed by the three middle buildings commonly referred to as the "Bender Block" and thought wouldn't it be nice to see well cared for buildings with welcoming facades that encourage vitality and community in the center of our village?
As a builder, real estate advisor and active member of our community, I certainly have. With those goals in mind, I've developed a revitalization plan for the "Bender Block." I'm seeking community members who are interested in the triple bottom line; financial, social and environmental. Community Supported Enterprises (think CSA) is a model that has worked for like minded projects in other Vermont communities. Let's do it here in Richmond!
