The annual Friends of Richmond Free Library book sale will be held Saturday, February 11 in the Richmond Community Room from 9-3.

A pre-sale will be held from 6-8 pm on Friday, February 10 with the purchase of a $10 pass (or a minimum of two hours service helping the booksale!) The event will include a bake sale, music and raffle prizes. So far, raffle prizes of gifts or gift cards from Toscano, Johns Shoe Shop, Papa McKees, Ski Express, Stargazer Gifts and Richmond Home Supply. The raffle grand prize is a Nook™ from Barnes and Noble. Raffle tickets are $1 each or $5 for 6.

The Friends are still accepting donations for the book sale and welcome gently used and clean books, cds, dvds in fiction and non-fiction, adult or youth titles. If non-fiction, please make sure the titles are timely or timeless! There is a fantastic selection of books this year, including recently released fiction in hardback and paperback, as well as a huge number of excellent titles in history and politics.
