The Richmond Area Business Association (RABA) will be hosting an educational program in April, open to the Vermont community and RABA members. This event will be held at the Richmond Free Library on Tuesday, April 26 from 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm.

"Understanding Your Medicare Choices" will feature speaker, Patricia Allen Selsky, who is the SHIP Coordinator for the Champlain Valley Agency on the Aging. This session is designed to help you make better choices that fit your personal health care needs and for those approaching 65, this is a good opportunity to review your health care and the options that are available to you. Whether you are new to Medicare or you have a loved one with Medicare, it's important to understand the choices that impact your life. In this session Patricia Selsky will show you how to navigate through the Medicare systems highlighting hospital, medical, prescription and supplemental coverage as well as private insurance options.

Patricia Allen Selsky, of Underhill, early on was in the marketing field with Marriott Corporation and IBM in the Boston area. She is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. After moving to Maine, her work continued in the business field while volunteering in the non-profit world. Her personal life has shape-shifted her career today. Her experience with the Alzheimer's Association (Maine & Vermont), The Vermont Respite House, Williston Adult Day Care and currently Champlain Valley Agency on Aging has brought her full circle. Patricia brings her life experience and passion to her position as SHIP Coordinator for CVAA.
